Description of the Service
SlideBurner provides User with access to a large collection of resources. This resources linked by SlideBurner are developed by people over whom SlideBurner exercises no control. The search results are indexed automatically. SlideBurner cannot and does not screen the sites before including them in its listing. A search using the Service may procure search results and links to sites that some people find objectionable, inappropriate or offensive. We cannot guarantee that a SlideBurner search will not locate unintended or objectionable content and assume no responsibility for the content of any site included in any search results or otherwise linked to by the Service.
The User understands and agrees that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for SlideBurner to provide the Service.
Availability of the Service
SlideBurner may change, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content with or without notice. SlideBurner may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict User's access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.
Use of the Service
The Service is made available for the User's personal and non-commercial use only. The User may not take the results from a SlideBurner search and reformat and display them. The User may not send automated queries of any sort to SlideBurner without express permission in advance from SlideBurner.
A user can be baned and his profile, with all the Content linked, deleted if he try to abuse the system.
Copyright
All materials displayed or performed on the Site (including, but not limited to text, graphics, news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, also knows as the "Content") excepts links and preview of external sites are protected by copyright. User shall abide by all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Services.
Content
SlideBurner reserves the right to remove any Content from the Site at any time, for any reason.
SlideBurner display and/or make available materials which are uploaded by users. SlideBurner cannot and does not screen the submission before or after allowing them to be made available to third parties. SlideBurner assume no responsability for any submissions on, or linked to, the Site.
Submission
The user is solely responsible of his submissions and of the consequences of posting or publishing them.
The user, by uploading a submission, affirm that he has the necessary licences, rights, consents and permissions to use and authorize SlideBurner to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all submissions to enable inclusion and use of the submission in the manner contemplated by the Site.
The user also affirm that he has the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the submission to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of the submission in the manner contemplated by the site.
The user warrants that he will not :
- upload submissions that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless he is the owner of such rights or has permission from their rightful owner;
- publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage SlideBurner or any third party;
- submit materail that is unlawful, obsence, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racialy or ethically offensive, or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inapropriate;
- post advertisements or solications of business.
Site access
The user will not copy or distribute any part of the Site in any medium withtout SlideBurner's prior written authorization.
Registration and security
As a condition to using certain part of the Service, User may be required to register with SlideBurner. The information provided in order to obtain a UserId must be true, accurate, complete and updated. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this TOS, which may result in immediate termination of User's account.
User may not select or use as UserId a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; or use as UserId a name subject to any rights of a person other that User without appropriate authorization. SlideBurner reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a UserId in its discretion.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under his password or account. The User agree to immediately notify SlideBurner of any unauthorized use of his password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that he exits from his account at the end of each session.
Dealing with advertisers
The User correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between him and such advertiser. The User agree that SlideBurner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

Fees and Payment
Some part of the Service may require payment of frees. User shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Site in connection with such Service selected by User. SlideBurner reserves the right to change its price list and to institute new charges at any time, upon ten (10) day prior notice to User, which may be sent by mail or posted on the Site. Use of the Service by User following such notification constitutes User's acceptance of any new or increased charges.
Termination
Either party may terminate the Service at any time by any means. SlideBurner may also terminate or suspend any and all Services and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, if User breaches any part of this TOS. Any fees paid here under are non-refundable. All provisions of this TOS which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Choice of law
The TOS and the relationship between the User and SlideBurner shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The User and SlideBurner agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Valais, Switzerland.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SlideBurner disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in the Service results. SlideBurner disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through the Service.
Update of the TOS
SlideBurner reserve the right to modify there TOS from time to time by posting a notice on the Site, or by sending User a notice via email. User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Services by User following such notification constitutes User's acceptance of the TOS of this User Agreement as modified.
